1. Do you have a Reparation Service?

• Yes, we do!

 

2. How long will it takes to repair my bag?

• Our repair service is usually somewhere in between 7-10 Working Days. Please contact our Customer Service for further assistance.

 

3. Do you accept reparation for other bag brands?

• Yes, we do.
• However, the Reparation Fee might vary. Please contact our Customer Service for further assistance.

 

4. How much does the Repair Services (exclusively for JOSVLI products only) cost?

• Our Repair Services are divided into 2 categories, A and B.

 

  Repair Service A is FREE OF CHARGE:

• Loose Stitches
• Detached Stitches

 

  Repair Service B will be charged at a Flat Rate of IDR30,000/session:

• Reparations/Exchanges on Hardwares
• Reparations/Exchanges on Bag Parts (ex: Inner Lining)

 

  PLEASE NOTE:  Shipping Fee to be borne fully on the customer.
